Data controller

Data collected

Through the booking form we collect: full name, email, phone number (optional), stay dates, number of guests and any notes. To calculate the tourist tax we also collect the age of guests declared as minors, needed only to verify the exemption provided by the municipal regulation.

Through the contact form we collect name, email and the message text submitted.

Purpose of processing

Data is processed to: manage the booking request and the related stay; correctly calculate the tourist tax due to the City of Turin; comply with legal obligations related to the accommodation business, including reporting guest data to the local police via the Alloggiati Web portal as required by art. 109 of the Italian public security law (TULPS); respond to requests sent through the contact form.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures related to the stay (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and on compliance with legal obligations in tax and public security matters (GDPR art. 6.1.c). No separate consent is required for these purposes.

Retention period

Booking data is kept for the time needed to manage the stay and, afterwards, for the period required by tax and accounting law (up to 10 years for administrative-accounting documents). Messages sent through the contact form are kept for the time needed to respond to the request.

Data recipients

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical providers acting as data processors (for example, the service used to send booking confirmation emails) solely for the purposes stated above. The site is hosted on a dedicated server, not shared with other sites.

Cookies

The site uses only a technical cookie required to keep the login session in the host's private admin area. No profiling, analytics or marketing cookies are used.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to the processing, by contacting us through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
